Terms of Service for Clients
This section applies to all clients who engage WebStraNet LLP for professional services ("Services").
The following Terms and Conditions form the foundation of the contract between you (the Client) and WebStraNet LLP (the Company).
By signing any of our agreements – including, but not limited to, Website Design, Website Development, Hosting, SEO, Infrastructure Services, or Support – you acknowledge and accept these Terms.
Our goal is to keep these terms clear, straightforward, and easy to understand.

Definitions
- Client: Refers to you, the individual or organization entering into this Agreement.
- Company: Refers to WebStraNet LLP, the service provider.
- Services: The products, solutions, and/or services provided by WebStraNet under the Agreement.
- Agreement: The contract between the Client and WebStraNet LLP, governed by these Terms and Conditions.
Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide all requested information, text, images, and other materials within the agreed timeframe.
- Ensure that all provided materials are legally owned or licensed for use.
- Review and approve the Company’s work in a timely manner.
- Meet agreed deadlines and provide feedback when requested.
- Make payments in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.
- Provide necessary access (e.g., hosting, FTP, credentials) required for project delivery.
- Give written notice (minimum 30 days unless otherwise specified) in case of contract cancellation.
Company Responsibilities
The Company agrees to:
- Deliver services professionally and within agreed timelines.
- Provide up to two major revisions to design concepts (further revisions may incur additional charges).
- Implement updates and support requests promptly, depending on the chosen support package.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle all client data securely.
- Provide ongoing training, updates, and recommendations to ensure best practices.
- Inform the Client of renewal or continuation options before the end of the initial term.
Website & Technical Limitations
- Websites are designed for compatibility with modern browsers and devices. The Company cannot guarantee compatibility with outdated or discontinued software.
- The Company is not responsible for losses caused by third-party software or servers not under its control.
- Clients must provide a proper testing environment when projects involve complex applications or integrations.
SEO & Marketing
- SEO services are focused on organic growth and may take several months to show measurable results.
- The Company does not guarantee top search engine rankings.
- SEO benefits depend on the Client implementing the Company’s recommendations.
- Paid marketing (SEM, Ads) is a separate service and not included within SEO scope unless explicitly agreed.
Payment Terms
- Standard payment structure: 50% upfront and 50% upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
- Payments are due according to the agreed schedule.
- Once a project is in progress, payments are non-refundable.
- Delays in providing required information or approvals may extend delivery timelines.
Intellectual Property & Copyright
- All text, images, graphics, and content provided by the Client remain the Client’s responsibility and ownership.
- Code, layouts, and designs created by the Company remain licensed to the Client for their project/domain.
- The Company reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
- Any third-party assets (stock photos, licensed libraries, etc.) may incur additional costs.
Hosting & Support
- Hosting is provided on reliable, high-performance servers with 99.9% uptime.
- Clients hosting elsewhere are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their chosen provider.
- Support packages define the scope of maintenance, updates, and revisions included.
- Please note that we do not provide technical support for websites hosted on third-party providers. Our support services are exclusively available for websites hosted with us to ensure quality, reliability, and accountability.
Confidentiality & Data Protection
- Both parties agree to keep confidential information secure and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
- The Company complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and collects only the personal data necessary to deliver the agreed Services.
- To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Company, email us at hello@webstranet.com.
Liability
- The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or opportunities.
- Missed deadlines caused by delays from the Client (e.g., late content, feedback) are not the Company’s responsibility.
Termination
- Contracts can be terminated with prior written notice (usually 30 days unless specified otherwise).
- Early termination may require settlement of outstanding balances or agreed cancellation fees.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India.
General
- These Terms are legally binding and enforceable.
- If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect.
- WebStraNet LLP reserves the right to update these Terms; the latest version will always apply.
